I am basically a trainer and got promoted to HR Manager three years ago in a well-known retail outlet in Tamil Nadu. Now, the company has decided to set up a dedicated training setup, which includes all the different wings of training and development through me. Being away from training for quite some time has taken me away from my core area. Even though I have set a few things from my end, I am not confident that it will convince my top management in any way. As I mentioned earlier, it is a high-performing retail company that aims to enhance employee performance in every possible way, demanding me to present a training plan or a performance-tweaking program. I need all professionals' help here to the core.
