Apart from what Prashant says, another suggestion is to assess each member of staff and evaluate the real need. If you are an internal trainer, you will have all the time to give individual attention. To help an external trainer, the assessment is essential. Accordingly, the module can be customized.

Dear Puja, First of all, you will have to ask your management the following questions:
1. How much are they interested in the training setup?
2. How much are they willing to invest in the setup?
3. Will the premises be hired outside of the hotel or within the hotel?
4. What is the investment in teaching aids?
5. Is the training a regular feature for all employees or occasional?
6. Are there more questions to consider?

"Training is an investment and not an expenditure."
