I need the format of an Induction Presentation for a Retail Company. I would like to know what contents or details are included and what the pattern of the presentation is. Please refer to some samples if you have them. Thanks in Advance.

You could include the following in PPT:

Day-1 Induction:
- Company Overview
- History... till date
- Organization Structure
- Snapshot of HR Policies (Working hours, leave, holidays, compensatory offs, dress code, employee referral policy, Certification Reimbursement, Performance Management Process, Compensation, Training)
- Overview of the company intranet
- Facilities - Cafeteria, Transport, etc.
- Overview of Mediclaim policy, personal accident policy - maybe from the vendor companies

Day-2 Induction:
- Presentation from the different technical teams (a representative of the team gives a half-hour overview of what the department does in the Company)
- Presentation from Support functions (finance, admin, IT support, etc.)

You may also want to get a feedback form filled on the last day at the end after the induction is complete. I hope the above information helps.
