Dear Sir/Madam,

I am working on my project on the topic "Employee Value Proposition" in a retail company (FMCG). Could you please assist me with the review of the literature? Can I receive your help in conducting this search? The help could be in the form of providing links to specific journals or websites, suggesting libraries in Chennai that are open to non-members, or recommending books for journal searches. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time and help.

Dear Arun,

From your post, it appears that you are a student working on your project. A sincere piece of advice; when posting messages on a professional forum, try to avoid using slangs ("Guys"). Also, in English, there are some words like "please," "kindly," etc. which work wonders. What do you mean by "Can I get your help and get rid of this search"? It gives the impression that searching for information is a tedious task and that you prefer others to do it for you. What do you mean by "..the book of journals."?

Unlike Dinesh Divaker, I am no expert on the topic. However, a simple search on the web will provide you with links to several useful sites.

Have a nice day.

Employee Value Proposition

Employee value proposition is a process in which employers provide an extra set of benefits to employees in return for the skills, capabilities, contributions, performances, and employment they deliver to foster the growth of the organization.

Components of an Employee Value Proposition (EVP)

An Employee Value Proposition (EVP) is a combination of tangible and intangible elements such as career advancement opportunities, benefits, compensation, rewards, and recognition. The goal of an EVP is to attract and retain top talent in the organization.

Benefits of an Employee Value Proposition

It is an additional benefit obtained by the employee, which goes beyond financial compensation. An Employee Value Proposition (EVP) is usually crafted to strengthen your employer brand, foster employee engagement, and enhance the employer-employee relationship in an organization.
