Hi Can some body help with start up company how to design leave policy with minimum leaves as per Act.

If the new start up company is covered under the Factories Act - please follow leave as per Factories Act . But if it is under Shops and Establishment Act follow the State S & E Act/Rule for leave.

Also please check the surrounding practice and then frame the Leave Policy.
