Please check with your management on how many days they want to give to an employee in a particular year. I would suggest the following:

Leave Recommendations

- CL: 5 or 6 days (not mandatory)
- EL: 15 or 20 days (mandatory: 1 day per every 20 working days)

This is more than enough for a company.
Regards.

Leave Policy Based on Government Guidelines

I see the leave procedure will be based on the government's GO of leaves, which will be realized in December every year. Other leaves include casual leaves (CL) and earned leaves (EL) as per the Factories Act of 1948.

Types of Leaves

- **Casual Leaves (CL):** They will be given for every 30 working days.
- **Earned Leaves (EL):** They will be given for every 20 working days. The employee will be eligible to take ELs only after completing 240 working days in the organization. You can calculate the leaves accordingly.
