I joined a company on 31 May 2021 and resigned it on 09 Sep 2024. Yet during the initial time of employement, due to some issue and with out proper clarification I joined another company on 30 July 2021 worked there for a week and thought I should stick with the first company and I continued there. So here I actually absconded the second company and I was able to update the DOE as 31 Aug 2021. In the PF service history, there is an one month over lap. I did this out of proper knowledge.

In between company 31 Jul 2021 - 31 Aug 2021

This second company had contributed an one month PF and I'm also not able to delink it. It show in the PF pass book and in the PF service history page.

Can I still get hired by companies that are not very strict? or I will basically fail BGV and not given any job in the future?
