I have joined a new company before my old company has marked my exit. Will it become a problem in my new company?

If I want to withdraw PF from my new company in the future, will this create any trouble?

You can't transfer your previous employer's PF to your new employer's PF account because of overlapping. First, you need to change your Date of Employment (DOE) by discussing it with your previous employer and filling out a Joint Declaration form for correction.
