My Colleague Joined in Company X on May 2nd,2022 and Resigned May 4th, 2022 because he get the offer from MNC Company Y. but the Company X denied to give releiving letter for 3 days. On the Next day May 5th he joined in MNC Company Y. In the EPF Service History also it clearly mentioned DOJ and DOE as Above. Recently he receive the email form Company Y for Dual Employment. Yesterday received showcause letter for the same

Please help him to prove that he is not involved in such any type of Dual Employment and how to give reply to the show casue notice.
