For, PF & ESIC calculation
ESIC CONTRIBUTION :
EMPLOYER - 4.75 % OF THE GROSS SALARY
EMPLOYEE - 1.75 % OF THE GROSS SALARY
PF CONTRIBUTION:
EMPLOYER - 12% OF THE BASIC
EMPLOYEE - 12% OF THE BASIC
and yes you have to contribute PF & ESIC, ESIC applicables fro employee which are geting salary below 15000/-, For temp also it is same.
