There is a correction that needs to be made in the ESIC act. The limit has been increased to Rs. 10,000/- instead of Rs. 7,500/-, which was the earlier amount for ESIC to be deducted.

    Very good presentation I would like to add something in your ESI Act slide that the limit of payment is now changed as Rs. 10,000/- or less instead of Rs. 7,500/- Pl. change the same

    Please note that the ESI wage limits are wrongly mentioned in your presentation. Employees of the factories and establishments in receipt of wages not exceeding Rs. 15,000 per month are covered under the Act.
