Background: My parent company is based in the UK, and we have an affiliated sister company in India that operates from a co-working space. Due to the ongoing Covid situation, we have transitioned to remote work. As part of our strategic decisions, we are now planning to shift the payroll structure from India to the UK. Consequently, we are in the process of drafting new agreements with our employees.

In this context, I have a query: Are there any laws or regulations from RBI (Reserve Bank of India) regarding what types of contracts are acceptable to receive compensation for work from international entities?
