Terminated and absconded Employees are also eligible for F&F settlement by the employer. But it will take some time to get final conclusion from authorized officials . Moreover if the terminated or absconded employee personally meet them and request for relieving is get good impact on you and they will try to favour you, If management strongly decided to let you out from the company.

If the employee absconded any reason but company is liable to settled the all pending amounts. If the employee terminated by any disciplinary action the company should give the extra one / two/ three months salary based on their designations.
