Telangana Labour Welfare Fund Act and Rules provides for the constitution of a fund for financing and conducting activities to promote the welfare of labour in the State of Telangana. Under the Act, the employee, and the employer, contribute to labour welfare schemes. A separate board is constituted for this purpose under the Act with the members of employers, employees, and state representatives.
Earlier you asked whether registration under shops and establishment act is compulsory for Telangana State.
