Hi Kumar,
In small organisations where you are having less numbers of employees we are generlly not ahving separate toilets for men and women. Instead if we talk about companies which are running in posh markets and have address like SCO and same goes for companies who hire the complete floor or so in some market place share it with other comapnies also.
It's nt that big issue.

Hi Deepali!
In this case lady employee shouted at a male colleague{unintentionally used it} for using 2nd toilet{there are two toilets} .She got pasted label on toilets. The managment ordered to removed it.
who is wrong ?
1. lady
2. poor male employee
or 3.Management

Hi,
She is an egoistic kind of lady u need to tackle it properly.
Speak to her and tell her that this cannot be provided as we are not having so many team mebers to making a investment into such a thing for a single person is not into company's policy.
It is very simple.
All the best.

I totally agree with Deepali... We started out with a small st of people hence a single toilet was enough.... As he number increase these facilities are automatically catered for.

I think this hot issue needs a countrywide discussion amongst experts, who are advocating gender equity.

Hi Kumar,
It is normal practice, that separate toilets for ladies and gents, I dont understand the single toilet is made, go through your laws and act accordingly and advice your boss to make a seperate for ladies. in our Country it is the basic requirement as the ladies has the different necesseties.

Hi All,
Why is it that the world's second largest railway network (Indian Railways) does not have separate ladies rest rooms in the railway coaches?
Are they an exception to indian laws?
Please remark
