Anyone, please provide information regarding TCS background verification process. How many years or companies will it consider for employee verification? The employee has 12 years of experience. The first two companies worked for 3 years were not functioning, and I have only an experience certificate, no other documents like bank statements. The rest of the years were spent working for MNCs. Will this create any problems in the background check or employment at TCS?
