Startup Salary Breakdown: How to Create a Slip Without Compliance in Place?

Please guide me with the salary components for 68,750/-, we are startup firm and don’t have any compliance as such, in process. I have to provide salary slip to one of the employees.

Hi Most companies follow the below components. Basis = 30 - 50 of the gross Hra = 40* of basis ( NONMETRO ) and 50% of basis ( metro) Travel all. = 1600 Medical = 1250 Spl. All = remaining amount
