Starting a Recruitment Firm: Seeking Guidance

I am planning to start a new recruitment firm and would like your help related to the process module. How do I start up, what’s the process to begin, and what are the other considerations (i.e., manpower required, their designation, role, etc.) that need to be planned before starting a firm?

Please assist me with this. If you can provide samples of a PowerPoint presentation related to the same, I would be grateful. It’s a bit urgent.

TimesJobs is the most economical option, but it would be wise to use it only for specific requirements. Please share your email address with me. I have worked for a startup company and possess all the relevant information, including the agreement format that needs to be finalized after closing a position.

You will need to prepare a write-up along with a PowerPoint presentation of your company to share with clients. We can also discuss strategies for generating leads.

I am Ramnath, a consultant running an outsourcing agency. Initially, you have to register your firm under the Shops Act and then find at least 8 to 10 good clients. Afterward, proceed to the portal.
