Innovative Ideas for Reward and Recognition in the Corporate Retail Sector - CiteHR

Hi All,

We are currently designing our new reward and recognition program. The industry we are in deals primarily with retail and fashion, although this program is specifically for the corporate office that we are designing the plan for.

Please let me know if you have any innovative ideas that you can suggest regarding the same.

This is really a good and beautiful idea of reward and recognition in the present-day scenario. Unless the human/worker/employer, and at the highest echelons wherever the position is suitably recognized, it gives us the greatest proportion in the long run.

Design Competition

1) Get a design by openly announcing a competition, giving a patent of 1 or 2% (for the particular design) of sales turnover or a lump sum for motivation and participation. For the winner, they feel elevated as a partner with involvement in both ways. Your organization will succeed.

Customer Participation

2) Customers can also participate for a certain period. Let their suggestions be appreciated and deliver goods for the best suggestion. Let it be color combination (separately) and design (separately).

Cross-Cultural Designs

3) Appreciate cross-cultural designs, a combination of north/south, northeast/north, northeast/south, Bengali/eastern culture, etc.

Retail Sector Appreciation

4) In the retail sector, customer appreciation can be shown. The shop that succeeds in sales turnover/revenue can be given the latest design for moving goods, manager participation, etc.

You can clearly state your exact specific way of motivating, whether for the customer or the employee, in terms of reward/recognition, and that is the most important.
