Dear HR friends,
I have issued experience certificates in the past indicating the brief job responsibilities in the current job, as designations are not indicative of job responsibilities. This may also be included in the format with advantage.

The format seems to be too brief. You may include a few accomplishments of the employee as a team member or as an individual if you are keen about his better prospects elsewhere. Please wish him all the best as it displays the right culture of the organization.
Thank you.

Dear,
I believe the employee should not sign the experience letter. Additionally, the letter should mention how the employee performed their duties, highlighting their positive attributes. It is also my opinion that it is not the company's responsibility to mention the departing employee's educational qualifications. Please correct me if I am mistaken.
