Hi All,
Christmas is approaching. Every year, we have a practice of distributing cakes to all employees, decorating the office, and having a Santa on this occasion. This time, I want to celebrate it in a different way for employees. Could anybody help me with some novel suggestions for this?
Best Regards

Hi,
You can set a theme for the whole day. For example, red is the color associated with Christmas, so you can set a red dress code for that day for everyone in your organization. Later on in the evening, you can have a small get-together in your office with drinks and snacks for all.

Get the office decorated with typical Christmas decorations. Put together a group who can sing carols and get someone to play the part of Santa. The group and Santa can go all over the premises singing carols, with Santa asking impromptu questions and handing out instant prizes.
Hope it helps.

Hi,
You can also arrange some Christmas games for your employees to make it memorable.
1. You can play Secret Santa, where a chit would be given to every employee, each chit would have another employee's name, and that employee becomes the concerned person's Santa. This should not be revealed to any employee, and every day until the eve of Christmas, the concerned person should drop in chits writing something or giving out some clues about themselves and sending it to their Santa by some means. The Santa's job is to find their pal. This is one of the famous games played for Christmas in many organizations.
For example: Jack, as the person picking the chit, gets John as Santa. So Jack would drop in some chits to John and continue the process; this goes as a chain.
2. Treasure Hunt
3. Have a singing competition where each team has to write lyrics and compose their song on a given topic like rain, office, etc. Trust me; this would be fun.
4. You can instruct your employees to come dressed in ethnic wear or custom wear so that you can arrange a fashion show.
5. Carol singing
6. Players make their list, check it twice, and then see who can guess which list belongs to whom! Some gift requests are naughty, and some are nice.
7. Pictionary
I hope these suggestions help you out.
Thanks & Regards,
