Thanks, buddy. Can anyone shed more light on the importance of recognition in an organization? How to train line managers on giving positive feedback to their juniors. They think that recognition is not all that important; only the annual increment matters. But don't you all think that if an employee (at a respectable position) is not congratulated on the successful completion of a job, what difference will a 10-15% annual increment make to motivate him/her? 🤔 Please share your views.
