PF Withdrawal Process Upon Resignation
Upon resignation, the employee has to fill out Form 19 (to withdraw the PF amount) and Form 10C (to withdraw the pension amount). Both forms are available with HR, and they will be attested by the employer before being submitted to the PF office along with Form 3A. If you wish to withdraw the pension amount, please choose withdrawal benefits instead of a scheme certificate.
Please note that PF authorities will only consider the application after 60 days of resignation. This waiting period ensures that, upon securing new employment, the employee can transfer their account to the new employer.
