Please help me. I have 8 months of experience as an HR Generalist in a mid-level market research company in DELHI/NCR where I was paid 15000 from the start and no incentives. My question is: Is it okay for my career growth if I go for consultancy and confine myself to recruitment? What are the growth prospects in Consultancies in Delhi NCR?
