Dear Seniors, I have 3 years of work experience in training and sales, but I now wish to transition into HR. HR has always been my desired career path, but unfortunately, due to some unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to complete my MBA in HR and had to discontinue when I was just a semester in. Currently, I am planning to pursue a fresh MBA in HR from SYMBIOSIS through distance learning and am actively seeking opportunities in HR consultancy. I have an interview scheduled for tomorrow, and although they are looking for MBA freshers, I am not an MBA graduate at this moment. Can you please advise me on how to proceed?
