Hi,
Thank you for sharing this. Could you please help me by giving some tips and your valuable advice to grow in my HR career? Currently, I am working as an HR executive in a software company for 4 months. I completed my MBA in 2009 with an HR specialization. My job is primarily focused on recruitment, but I am eager to work on HR policies and other areas as well.
Thanks,
Archana

92% of the survey respondents are based in the US or Canada. Although that can be taken as a benchmark, why is it then called a World salary survey? I am sure Indians would be happy to contribute to such surveys. Is someone conducting such surveys in India?
