hey all,
I have just joined a new startup company and they want to restructure their whole HR dept. In other words they want to start from scratch. i do have my ideas on how to go about doing that but could you please share your ideas to help me improvise upon the restructuring.
THanks every one.
p.s they don't have anything so when I mean right from scratch it is in its truest of senses.

HI,
You can by your own can work on it.
First you have to index what are the requirement and sysmultaniously you have to create one by one manual for the same..
For this refere any good HR book and start from the first chapter

I think you can manage it on your own by making all the policies and procedures, manuals, also can consult seniors on this site. ALL THE BEST!!!!!!!!!:icon4:

Dear Archana,
I have gone through same phase. What I did was I started with Hirarchy then from that found out need of new recruitment then training needs like Induction and finally appraisals and other things one by one. During that process i changed processes to reduce time taken in some activities etc. and many more. Hope it may give you a direction.
