Hi,

I am krishna,I am working as a Associate HR,in one HR Out Sourcing Consulting,Hyderabad.Ref.,to ur Query about SAP-HR,I want to share my experience with u,regarding SAP-HR,

SAP-HR, is an advanced technology in the field of HR.I had completed my MBA,2007,June.Soon after completion of MBA,i had done SAP-HR Course in HYD.

1) Initially u must have Clarity regarding ur Goals.

2) As far as my knowledge is Concerned,U must have Domain experience i.e.,real time experience in General HR for atleast Min 2 Yrs in a Good Company where u have more scope for learning.

3) U must know the Loop Holes in HR Domain, then only u can perform on SAP-HR

4)There is no sufficient man power in India for SAP-HR Stream at present Scenario

5)SAP-HR implemented companies also will give preference to Real time experienced candidates in HR Domain.

6)Don't waste ur valuable money & time by focussing more on SAP-HR,right now, instead focus try gain knowledge in General HR.

7) Most importantly, don't go for any fake certificates,U will be under risk.

8) Certification Courses like SIEMENS is good,if u can afford,though u r Fresher
