Hi All,
I have over 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist and am now planning to undergo a course in SAP HR. I have always had the ambition to gain 2-3 years of experience and complete a course to enhance my career growth. However, I have noticed that HR Analytics is becoming increasingly important in the HR field.
I would appreciate your suggestions on the following:
1. Will pursuing SAP HR help me transition into Analytics as well? If so, are there any SAP HR Analytics courses available?
2. Can you recommend some reputable institutes that offer SAP HR training in Pune?
Thanks & Regards,

SAP is forcing everyone to use HANA. It will stop giving updates to existing customers. 50% of SAP customers will not continue on SAP due to the cost of HANA (software and hardware).
