Dear Friends, My company is requiring huge no of Dotnet Professionals. please suggest some good & effective sourcing methods except consultant hiring.

Thank you for your reply, but I am already working on job portals, including database calling, through which I am also able to generate a good number of footfalls. However, my hiring manager keeps on rejecting the candidates, stating that they do not have basic technical knowledge. This is the case even though all the candidates are prescreened through a written test and HR round conducted by me. Therefore, I am looking for various other ways to generate a good number of quality candidates.
