Dear Abhay.varma,
I have faced the same irritating situation in the last 2 companies. I have worked so far 3 companies. So far, I have changed 2 companies. Some women in the companies behaves like this. They are inducing feelings by doing indirect sexual speech and sexual actions by sitting near by the system. Finally, It led to anxiety and lots of suffering to do official works with colleagues. They wont cooperate with me properly in the official works. I am 28 years old. I am not married. I hate to respond their nasty activities in the office. I consider work place as temple. I have so many times thought that "Is there any mentality problem", No. No mental problem. As a Man, I know the gestures of women in that matter. Even, Higher Officials are also involved in this matter. That is why I resigned my job. My request to all is, what should I do to face this situation in the next company. Please advice me and abhay.varma.

Dear Abhay,

The same situation I faced in the 2 companies. I have worked 3 companies. So far I have changed two companies because of this sexual harassment by office colleagues. I was unable to work freely as the girls were sitting near by my system and speaking bad indirect words and doing some sexual inducement. They wont answer me properly in the official matters. I suffered a lot and falled into anxiety by hearing and listening their worst behavior. No one supported me. Everybody were involved in this bad activity. Even higher officials are also involved.

Yes ! You are correct Abhay, Why should we go to office to do nasty thing. The men and women should not come to workplace to do sexual activities. The people who are doing sexual activities in the office, let they go and prostitute in the prostitution areas. They can earn lot of money compare to software Industries. Workplaces are temple which gives save life to you. The company which are in the way of sexual activities, definitely they go to hell .They are earning only by doing prostitution not in honest way. They have no conscience. The sexual activity people who are very cheap than dog. An Animal only can do like this not human being. The bad people,You have 6 senses and born as Human being, dont you know how to control and manage it. It is very shame this bad happens in our country. Abhay, I support you. Dont bother. You are a good human being and well understood the real life. Dont get tensed. No tears Please. My humble advice is get married with good girl. Lead a genuine life. Join the industry which is not involved in this sexual harassment by asking your friends and relatives or do business. Take care. Bye.

In Indian It,BPO companies I understand lot of sex activities are taking place as the environment has considerably changed. There was a report, in this regard, in a couple of news papers also. If you wish to keep your sanctity of your body prior to marriage to a good woman you have to be mentally strong. Once you have determination mentally no one can force to have you physical relationship with anyone. Develop this attitude by concentrating your mind on work and avoiding with colleagues who preach to have physical relationship. In the meanwhile if you find a job suiting your nature you can quit this job, even if it pays you less initially. I feel this is the only way out/solution for your present problems.

Dear Abhay,
I have worked myself in a very liberal environment company but your assertion beats me........unacceptable........I have never seen this nor heard about this.......being from HR I should have known.........so just relax and get on with your professional life........ off-course if you have actually exp what you claim you did, then there is always a redressal mechanism in each company particularly in a MNC company....why did you not report to them.....
i am sorry I am unable to digest it........

secondly, is your job description saying that you have to do it , if no logically you have manage the show

Dear All,
So much of you all have wasted your time in discussing this issue. There are very few who misunderstand any girl talking to them and take this as an invitation. This is a dangerous situation and they are in dire need of urgent medical treatment.
And can't believe that this has happened in MNCs who are terrified of Sexual Harassment at work site. Unless and until all MNCs he worked are ESCORT agencies.

I feel either your interpretation of situations is wrong or you must be a dam attractive man /most eligible bachelor in your company's office. for your information no company promotes any such activity in their offices.
