I joined Organization A on 31st March 2021 and left within a week due to some issues. Later, I joined another organization, Organization B, on 8th April 2021. I haven't received any salary from Organization A, but they have created a PF account and mentioned the end date as 4th May, which overlaps with my current organization, B.

My question is, will there be any issues in the future because of this overlap? If yes, then how can I solve it?

Hi, I hope you left Company A without any information? Hence, they might have proceeded with the disciplinary process, warning followed by termination, and marked LWD as May 4th. However, as you joined Company B on April 8th, 2021, there will obviously be an overlap. But since your time at Company A was very limited, you are not going to claim it, and therefore, hopefully, there will not be any issues.

Thanks for reply, I have seen some posts that some employer terminate their employee due to dual employment is past based on epfo record. I am worried about that.

I am not worried about my current job because the hiring manager asked me to do it. I am concerned that if I switch in the future, a new employer might object based on EPFO records. If they do object, are there other companies that allow employees with such issues?
