Hi, Please tell your situation to your current employer. they will help for u. and again send Form-13 for PF Transfer with previous company PF no and Date of leaving details. and also please refer your name, surname and other details between current and previous Employers. Because your details are not matched with previous Employer means, Your Transfer form will be rejected by EPFO.

Dear Amit, first give me a clarity about problem.
1) Is only EPS has not transferred..?
2) What about the EPF..?
3) have you submitted the form, if, where you have submitted,,? at prev. Office or Present office..?
One more thing how did you know that your EPS not transferred, means where did you checked... (in online or at PF office).
Thanks,
VInod

Dear Vinod ,
Thanks for the comment ,as you requested ...
I have applied form 13 for PF transfer & got transferred only 80% amount few days back .I also got the sms on my registered mobiles sating the sum of rupees will transferred to new PF account in Pune .
Then I downloaded the e-passbook from EPFO website & came to know that only PF amount has been transferred to new account .
Also cross checked with old PF account e-passbook & came to know only PF contribution of Employee & Employers including with interest has been transferred as actual total accumulation of funds in old PF account is more than the transferred to new account .
Form 13 was submitted through my current employer at RPFO Pune .

Dear Amit_sv6685,
i had the same issue, the pf amount was transferred but the pension part was not transferred.
When i contacted an expert on that matter i was told that the pension part does not get transferred but it remains with the govt. org. handling pension in this case. and the amount does not reflect in the PF statement also.
i was puzzled, but since he was an expert i believed he was true.
Let us see if there is an update on this.

dear Amit, Your EPS remains with EPFO & at the end of service your pension is calculated based on the no of years you had contributed to EPS (called pensionable service).

Hi All ,
Finally received some feed back from EPFO grievance management systems as below .
This is with reference to your Grievance registered vide Registration Number DELSO/E/2014/09300.
It is informed that your grievance is being treated as non-actionable due to the following reason(s):
Pension is transferred in the mode of service detail only and not in mode of amount. therefore transferred pension fund does not reflect in spite of transfer of pension. We are already transfer out of your service details with your account
Therefore, we are closing your grievance from this office. Please quote the same in your future correspondence.
