Given the large numbers and paucity of finance and other facilities, Gurukuls are not practical in this age.

Dear Tarun
I am an Indian too and I also value my culture and respect it. May be, as our friends say, I am more traditional Indian than the present generation in India. Our friends say that we, who left India 40+ years ago and settled in the west, keep to the tradition inherited and have not become Westernised like some of the present generation in India.
I was only saying about the practicalities. I am an admirer of Swami Parthasarathi's Vedanta Centre, Vipassana movement, etc. But how many can be accommodated in such institutions?
Have a nice day.
