I have taken the privilege of sharing the HR policy I have with me. I have tried to make it as exhaustive as possible. I would request all my friends here to help me make it a complete policy, a policy all members can keep coming back to refer to. So, next time when they want a policy, they know where to find it.

I request all of your cooperation and help, without which my target of a perfect and complete policy solely for Cite HR, which answers all policy requirements of any and all industries, would not be possible for me to achieve.

Each person is requested to modify, re-modify, and post and repost the policy with new thought lines and ideas. Your ideas and knowledge can be a lot of help to lots of people here.

Kindly add in this same post your company's or self-developed policy for Cite members' convenience. Help me make a complete consolidated policy solely for Cite HR.

The above postings are in 3 parts with the same header but with different numbering. For more policies, kindly check my other postings.

Set a style of seeking things and not a precedent of asking things.

All the documents shared herein are the hard work of many people. I have just compiled what was available. Credit goes to the original creators and uploaders.

Dear Octavious,

Great post!

I am an MBA student; however, I would like to share some information given to me by my HR faculty. The employee handbook should be written in bullet points, have some good images, and be brief, i.e., to the point, so that the employees read it. I am working on an Induction Manual for management trainees and will definitely upload it once it's done. I will also take some input from the Induction Manual. Unfortunately, I could not open the PDF file. Can you please email it to me at khush03@gmail.com?

Keep posting! Keep up the good work!

Thanks & regards,

Khushboo

It needs a lot of goodness in attitude to share information. You have it. You are the one who will learn more. When you share the info which you have to others, a part of your hard disk is cleared for you to accommodate more info, and that's when you learn more. Am I right?

Hi,

Good job done. Trust me, you are like an angel for most of the people who are members on this site. This manual was badly needed on the site to provide guidance to others on how to design the HR Manual. Thanks a ton.

Thank you very much for sharing HR policies with everyone. In today's world, nobody will share their accomplishments with others. So nice of you to do it and help others. This is a really useful guide for me. :)

Manuals like this are really beneficial for newcomers. Thank you very much, sir.

Normally, HR professionals with experience do not share such policy documents. This has been my experience.

Thank you very much; this will be very helpful for my organization. :icon4:

Hi, Friend,

It's an amazing collection of information that you have. More important is your attitude to share all "Major HR links." Keep it up. I wish I can help you at some point in time. Just for the information of all citeHR members, I am BE (Mechanical), MBA (HR). I can give a handsome contribution in the area of "TPM-Total Productive Maintenance." Soon, I will upload those docs whatever I have. Let's keep the spirit high.
