Please help!
I want to file an Industrial Dispute.
I have been with this company for 7.5 years. I am a Team Lead currently. As of 17/11/2009 I was forced to resign by my Senior Manager. He falsely accused me of not handling my team efficiently. He stated in my counseling form that I do not provide any updates or feedback to my team which is incorrect.
I have 25 agents who have vouched in writing that it is absolutely wrong.
He forced me into resigning from my position stating that if I don't he will make my life living hell out there.
At that moment I was so taken aback with the whole situation; I ended up signing the typed out resignation form.
I am not happy with the outcome of this and would like to take action against my Senior Manager.

Hello,
Is there any one to answer my questions?
1. If any employee has been accused and convicted with criminal offense and confinement for1 month's jail due to some offensive activities out side of office premises of the factory. What the disciplinary action should have to be taken by the management against him?
2. will his service will be continued or not?
3. Opposite Union & members object against the continuation of his service. What the decision should have to be taken by the management as per the Industrial laws?
