Basic Requirements for Employee Welfare
The following are the basic requirements for employee welfare:
• Placing a cycle pump and maintaining it if workers use bicycles.
• Clean and purified drinking water provision.
• If possible, subsidized hygienic food.
• Tea at tea intervals.
• Issue of uniforms, including waterproofs if required.
• School facility for their children and maintaining good standards in the schools.
• Organizing get-togethers to understand their requirements.
All these require additional funding.
