I am trying to withdraw my EPF online. I had worked in two organizations in the past, from July 2012 to Feb 2015 and then June 2018 to Jan 2019. Both of my service history and details are available in the EPF service history tab. Unfortunately for the online claim, I am not getting an option to claim the EPF from the 1st employer, however in my passbook, the amount shows as credit. I am only allowed to take out from my 2nd employer. Any reason why is this happening?

This may be due to two possible reasons 1,You may not have been exited from orgaination as yet. 2.Your claim transfer has not been originated. Pls write to me at at bijay.majum@gmail.com

You have to transfer the first epf account amount to your present(second) epf account, after transferred, the amount will be added to your second account then you can able to claim.
