Dear Friends,Could you all help me an advisory letters which could be given to employees in case of absent during the training period. I need them urgently, please.

There is no need to write a separate letter on abstention from the training. When you issue a notice or circular on the training programme, add one more paragraph stating that the absence from the training will be construed as misconduct, and suitable disciplinary action could be initiated against the absentees. I recommend merging the advisory note into the main circular itself to avoid an increase in correspondence and thereby reduce your workload.

I do not know your designation. However, get the circular signed by a higher-level authority like VP, Director, MD, etc. It lends weight to the circular.

Thanks,
