Hi All,

I have done a terrible mistake but need advice from all of you.

I am a software engineer and have received offer from 2 banks ( MNC's). Bank A provided joining date in May 2017 and suddenly changed it as PES( Pre employment screening) was not completed. I got panicked and accepted Bank 'B' offer. They provided early joining so I joined there. Now next day after joining I got joining confirmation from Bank A. As I was inclined towards bank A, I made an excuse to Bank B and took leave for 5 Days and joined Bank A.

Now both of them have same banking partner where they credit salary. So this is going to create problem. Now I have decided that I should resign from bank B and continue with Bank A which I joined first as salary account is already opened in it and to avoid any issue.

Please advise how I can manage to exit from Bank B which I only joined for 5 Days with impacting my job history. I dont want my Bank B to know this stupid thing which I did.
