Dear Sir,
One of my colleague has completed 4 years and 10 months and he has taken 154 days leave in his employment period. Could you please help me to calculate his indemnity as per UAE rules?
Date of Join : 28.02.2008
Last working Day : 20.01.2013
Number of leave taken in his Employment period - 154 Days. Out of 34 days are LOP.
Please help me to calculate his gratuity as per UAE Labor Law.

this LOP should be deducted from Total number of working days or what ?. What would be his total eligible leave as per UAE law?
