I am in the UAE working as an HR Administrator. I need to have HR procedures and forms related to UAE government policies, including visa formalities, until the repatriation. If it is ISO approved, then it will be better.

It was useful. However, the private sector and most companies will have different formats and policies. I will share what I have learned here in the UAE over the past 6 years.

Hi! I don't know if it was useful to Hasan or not, but it was very helpful to me. I am an HR final-year student working on my MRP (Major Research Paper) based on Organizational Culture: a comparison between India and Dubai. Hi All,

I am in the process of making an employee handbook for the employees based out of Sharjah. Can someone please share the mandatory and prevalent policies for the same? For example, types of leaves, process of availment, and whether annual and sick leaves can be combined, etc.
