Can Employees Without ID Proof Like PAN or Passport Apply for EPF? How Does It Work?

i want to know if any employ don’t have any ID Proof Like PAN, Passport can apply for EPF if Yes then How Please help me

In my organization, some employees don't have any documents, but the regular employees in our organization and our management want to register their names under E.S.I.C. and E.P.F. lists. How can we register them under ESIC and EPF?
