    I am Harsh Kumar Mehta, and is taking some interest in labour laws by participating in discussion on citeHR. You may be aware, that we were recently discussing on following issue/thread:-

    PM Narendra Modi unveils key labour reforms to end 'inspector raj'


    I have found that the said thread has now been deleted from said cite and I am surprised to see the same. I will request you to kindly apprise me the possible reasons for removing said thread if you have any idea on the same. This is required so that in future, we may be cautious not to waste our valuable time for indicating our opinion, if the organisers of this citeHR does not like our views.

    Arunjain.ncl: Dear, I am recent member to this forum.Since I joined, I found that in most of the discussions posted, our young HR professionals have developed a habit of posting a discussion without taking pain to go across the Acts/Rules/Laws which are in force and are available online easily. I have also contributed to their discussions and felt happy about it as it might have helped them alongwith others. I too get benefited with the posts made by other learned followers. But, perhaps giving them a tailor-made solution(size & design of which may differ with case to case) will not help them much, as they have not exerted to find one such solution. It will be a great help if you motivate our young brigade to churn their brains before posting a discussion. If you agree, pl post one message for all in your name, if not, doesn't matter. Just let me know the point of difference, so that I may correct myself. Best wishes and Regards.
