Hi, I am Bervin Antony, currently pursuing my second year of MBA in HR in Tamil Nadu. I am at a stage where I need to choose my project title. I would appreciate your help in selecting a project title. To give you an idea of the kind of person I am, I will share my strengths and attitude here.

My approach to my project is to seek a challenging one as I enjoy playing on difficult grounds. My strengths include being a proficient soft skill trainer, having attended 52 soft skill programs. Additionally, I am pursuing an M.Sc in Psychology out of passion. I can easily connect with people and serve as a motivator to my friends, guiding them through their personal issues.
These are my strengths. Please suggest project titles that you consider to be the most challenging. I am eager to take on such a project. I look forward to your valuable response.

As mentioned in the prospectus, we are advised to send our project synopsis and the bio-data of the supervisor (in case of (ii) and (iii) above, which must be duly signed by the guide) to the Co-ordinator (Projects), School of Management Studies, IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi-110068.
