You will not get any ready-made project. You have to work out the topic on which you would like to do the project, and I can give some guidance. I completed my MBA (HR) from IGNOU in 2005, and I take up projects for MBA as well as Ph.D. professionally.

Normally, in a project, you need to study your topic and find out errors in the process (your topic) and suggest solutions to the company to correct the errors.
