Hi, I'm doing my MBA. I need to submit my project, which is the relationship between technology changes and their impact on employee attitudes. Here, technology changes are specific to daily life changes like using a laptop instead of a desktop. I am unable to provide more examples of tech changes, hence I couldn't proceed with the project. However, I need to complete it ASAP. Kindly help.

You need to narrow down your focus: industry, functions, level of staff under consideration, etc. Please see my posts on Research methodology where I mention the "The funnel approach."
You also need to decide on what you mean by technological change and narrow it down.

1. USB drive instead of CD/DVD
2. Swipe terminal instead of manual attendance
3. Online Payslips instead of printed ones
4. Net meeting (Video Conferencing) instead of virtual meeting
5. Webex demos & desktop sharing

As an aspiring manager, you need to think on your own about project titles; it will help you improve your creative thoughts. MBAs are known for out-of-the-box thinking. If you had decided on any project title and asked for help, I suppose many members would have assisted you. Anyways, as per your title, you can create a very good project on "Core Banking" and how bank employees are adapting to newly introduced technology. Best of luck!
