Sir/Madam,

I am working as an IT Recruiter (US staffing) for one of the IT companies. I joined the organization in August 2010 with a 2-year bond agreement and even deposited my SSC and INTER original certificates. Due to my marriage in the month of April 2011, I gave a two-month notice period to my manager. However, all of a sudden, he terminated me without any notice and even said we won't provide a revealing letter or two months' salary. Please, can anyone suggest to me how to proceed so that I can obtain my revealing letter?

Thank you.

Dear Vcandy,

Here, the situation is very dangerous. Please take the termination letter to the labor court immediately with all your proof of salary, contract letter, and the receipt for your original certificate that you had submitted.

If you do not have proof of the submitted original certificate, you can obtain a search warrant against the organization with the help of the labor commissioner, and the Bonded Labor Act will apply to them. An FIR can be filed against the documents submitted by them at the time of your joining.

If you are in Delhi, our representative will assist you without charging any fees, and our NGO will cover all your costs.

Dear all,

You have provided valuable reasons for quitting the job. Since it concerns life, nobody has the right to obstruct you in any way. The company can withhold your salary, but they cannot terminate your service since you have given notice to them. If they have issued a termination letter to you, take it along with a copy of your resignation letter, and if they have acknowledged it, go to the nearby Labour Office and file a complaint. If they haven't issued any termination letter and have only given oral instructions, still file a complaint with the labor office.
