We hold fun events for our employees once every 2 months. We include various games in them. These events generally last for about 2 hours so that work is not affected.
Does anyone have any ideas for new games that can be played in the lobby area? Please share them with me. Currently, we have organized activities such as painting competitions, poster making, musical chairs, treasure hunts, balloon popping, charades, 1-minute games, etc. Please suggest some more games.
Thank you.

Hi Riddhi,
In the Balloon game, you place lots of balloons on a table, and participants are asked to blow the maximum number of them in 2 minutes. Those who blow the most balloons move to the next round.
In the next round, everyone is given 5-6 balloons, and they have to prick each other's balloons while saving their own.
Finally (define your time limits), the person left with more balloons in hand is the winner.
Regards,
Nidhi

These were really good ones, but most of the people in my firm are traveling. Can someone please suggest initiatives that can be taken while almost 60% of the total employees are deployed on client sites?

Hi,
As you all know, September 15th is Engineer's Day. Does anyone have any ideas on how we can conduct a special event for our engineers? Also, if you have any fun games to share, please do so.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Nidhi,
Please send me the outline of this kind of activities for the employees. I want to start these fun activities in the office. And if possible, please tell me to whom you would send the proposal for approval.

Hi Nidhi,
When we had a similar event in our company, I played the coin game. The rules are as follows:
1. Make each participant sit in a circle.
2. You can start clockwise.
3. One person will start the game and will toss the coin.
4. If heads comes up, the person has to state a statement that is true about himself, and if tails, he has to say something that is not true about himself.
5. The next person to whom the question is directed has to guess whether the statement is true or false.
6. The statements that the person states have to be related to himself or his life. For example, they can ask questions about their likes or dislikes, about any event that happened before in their life, etc.
7. If the person guesses correctly, they stay; otherwise, they are out of the game.
8. The game continues until we have one person left.
This game is one of the icebreakers, but it's a lot of fun even when a group of people knows each other well. We played this game at our monthly event, and it lasted for about an hour even though the number of people was only 10.

Hi Riddhi,
Treasure hunt games require 5 to 6 groups. The members in each group may vary between two to five. You just need to prepare cue cards with the help of which the participants are expected to find the product or to reach a particular location. Time is the most important factor in this game. For each round, fix the time limit. If the group members are not able to reach at a particular time, they are out of the game. I hope this will be useful for you. If not, feel free to ask.
