For head office employees, I would like to organize outdoor activities without any training or presentations. Just fun with lots of games in which all employees can participate.
My purpose for this is so that all employees can mix with each other, and the communication gap will decrease. They will enjoy and learn good teamwork, effective communication, and support for their colleagues.

b) Did the team bonding improve? If yes, then how did you measure this improvement?
c) Were the communication gaps closed? How did you assess it?
d) What was the total cost of the event? You may not like to disclose that, but you may disclose the ROI that you got from this event. How did you calculate the ROI?
